Ready to make improvements to your home and property? Remember the Huntington Pointe Community Covenant requires all property owners to file the proper request and paperwork. 

•  Exterior home improvements such as a new roof, repainting your home, requires review and approval by the Board.   

• The speed limit in our entire community is 25 mph.  Please slow down and adhere to the speed limit.   

• If you rent your home, you are fully responsible for your occupant’s adherence to the HOA By-Laws and Rules
