Capital improvements have been underway in our community.  Completed improvements include the beautification of entrance planters in Huntington Pointe, Huntington Ridge, and Huntington Landing.  Common sidewalk areas, mailbox platforms, and interior walls in the common areas have been pressure washed. Outdated and dilapidated signs in our community have been removed and replaced with new and essential signs. Huntington Pointe and Huntington Ridge pool areas have been completely renovated which included new roofs for the pool cabanas, resurfacing all three pools, pool decks have been paved and new pool fencing.  These necessary and overdue improvements have greatly increased property value and benefit to our beautiful community. The Playgrounds have been renovated to include replaced sand and rubber mulch.
